Enrolment opens at 8am on Thursday 24 August 2023. You will need your GCSE results and clear photograph of yourself (head and shoulders) on a plain background for your Sixth Form ID badge.

Enrolling in The Sixth Form at Ripley St Thomas is easy to do. Simply fill in the form below and upload a photograph of yourself and a copy of your GCSE results.

The process should take around 10 minutes to complete. Please note, this page cannot be saved.

Submit the form by 1pm on Friday 25 August and we’ll send an acknowledgement email. We’ll review your information and contact you to confirm your place by Wednesday 30 August.
